Kathal kebabReviving the lost imperial cuisine of India, Chef Amninder Sandhu together with Janaab Sabir Ali who has been specially flown down from Lucknow, pay tribute to the ustads or the ‘Masters of the Kitchen’ through an assortment of delicacies. The specially crafted menu features Muffrah – drink of saffron, kewra, sandalwood and nagarmotha, Lucknowi Boti Kebab – lamb chunks in robust traditional Awadhi spices, Gosht Tarqaliyan – mutton in onion cashewnut traditional Awadhi gravy, Mahi Galawat ke Kebabs – melt in the mouth fish kebabs, Taranumi Paneer – cottage cheese stuffed with pomegranate and nuts steeped in gravy and Awadhi Gosht Biryani. Appease your taste buds with sweet delights like Sheer Biranj, Seviyon Ka Muzzafar and Shahi Tukda.

Bater qormaDishing out ethnic Awadhi cuisine for 15 years, Janaab Sabir Ali said, “Drawing inspiration from my father’s culinary expeditions, has enabled me to curate authentic recipes. I wish to bring to the table flavours which will reacquaint our guests with the hidden treasures of Awadhi delicacies.”
