Hop on for a gastronomic journey which will kick start in Kabul and take you all the way to West Bengal as you expand your palate with each dish. Kabuli Pulao, and Chapli Kebabs from Afghanistan, Amritsari Machchi from Punjab, Kundan Qaliya from Lucknow, Dum Aloo Benarasi from Benaras, Gobi Mussallam from ancient Mughal India, and Keema Gugni from West Bengal are some of the delectable recipes, all imploding with authentic flavours of their region. Round off your palate by indulging your sweet tooth, as you gorge on Mughlai and Bengali sweets like Tille Wali Kulfi and the sinful Sondesh Platter.
