That would be blasphemous. We have taken into consideration customer feedback and patterns and tweaked the existing menu by adding an array of unique, handcrafted dishes to take your dining experience to a whole new level. Fuelled by passion for good food and hospitality, Shiro offers its guest a chance to relive the Shiro dining experience.After all, as Virginia Woolf oncerightly said, “One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well”.
The menu has been carefully crafted keeping in mind the discerning and varied tastes of our clientele and has brought together elements from Japanese, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese and Thai cuisines.Highlights include ourChicken Summer Rolls (summer rolls from Vietnam made with shredded chicken, herbs, the peanuthoisin sauce wrapped in rice paper), Honey Black Bean Prawn Skewerswhich are served with a live grill (prawns marinated in an exquisite combination of honey andblack bean), Asian Style Scallops (pan seared scallops tossed in spicy chilli bean sauce with enoki mushrooms), Miso Black Cod (a classic preparation of black cod, served with raw papaya salad), Chilean Seabass with Chilli Lime Reduction (pan seared Chilean Seabass pan seared, simmered with curried orange, lime & chilli, served with garlic sweet potato mash), Thai Spiced Basa Skewers (basa marinated and grilled to perfection with fresh herbs, red chillies, lemon juice and fish sauce), apart from the star dishes from the existing menu.No Shiro menu can be complete without our signature dumplings. There is a wide variety to choose from – Crabmeat Dumpling, Phoenix Eye Dumpling, Prawn with Thai Herb Sauce Dumpling and Chicken Shen Jian Bao to name a few. The main course is in keeping with Shiro’s tradition of serving dishes par excellence. Each dish showcases skill-based presentation and well-thought out flavours – from the Vietnamese BBQ Eggplant to the Prawn Curry with Glass Noodles.
