August 3rd, 2013, New Delhi: Here is good news for the food lovers of the National Capital Region. Rosang Café & Store, a restaurant for authentic traditional North-Eastern cuisines, is organizing Nagaland Food Festival from August 5th to August 25th 2013, in an attempt to promote food items from the region in a bigger way.

The Menu consists of:

  1. Rice
  2. Pork curry with bamboo shoot/Yam stem
  3. Dry river fish with Raja Mirchi chutney
  4. Steamed seasonal veg
  5. Pork soup  with bamboo shoot
  6. Vegetable Akhuni curry
  7. Seasonal vegetable dry fry
  8. Wild Red Rice desert
  9. Special North-East beverage
