1. To keep the offer simple, the coupon is worth minimum 20% discount, and is applicable on both Food, Beverages including liquor on ala-carte offers. On buffet the offer is Buy 1 Get 1. 
  2. The discount coupon is applicable to all the branches that are listed on The Big F Club chatbot/ FB Messenger
  3. The restaurant, must honour the discount coupon and give the applicable discount. (Provided the customer must show the redemption message on its FB messenger)
  4. The Big F Club will continue to issue coupons as long as your restaurant(s) are listed on the bot. In case restaurant de-list it self, the restaurant still must honour the coupons issued during the time restaurant was listed. 
  5. The discount coupons issued through The Big F Club Chatbot/FB Messenger are currently applicable on Dine-in and Take-away only, where the customer visits the restaurant physically, and display the redemption message to the restaurant. 
  6. The coupons are currently not applicable on delivery/online orders. When we launch the delivery service, your consent will be taken to become part of this module.
  7. The coupon redemption reports will be available at the end of each calendar month. If the frequency of the reports is changed, a prior communication will be sent to the emails provided by you.
