Given below are the T&C’s of using The Big F Club membership.

1. Information on how you can participate forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By participating, you agree to the to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. You must comply with these Terms & Conditions for a coupon to be valid.
2. Your membership is valid only for a year, during which you can redeem 3 coupons per offer.
3. Coupons are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with any other coupons or any other offer or discount or promotions offered by the restaurant.
4. Each coupon is identified by a coupon code, and is redeemable directly at the store, where you can present the coupon by going to the store physically.
5. Coupons are not valid on delivery orders.
6. Coupons are intended for single use only. This means, you can use only one coupon at a given time. Generally, only one coupon can be used per order.
7. Each coupon is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified in the offer.
8. The coupon applies only to the participating restaurants and can only be redeemed at the outlets mentioned.
9. To redeem the coupon, you must visit the restaurant of which the coupon has been issued and show the management the confirmation that you received on your email.
10. We accept no responsibility for late, loss or misdirected emails or other communications. We assume no responsibility for any failure to receive a claim or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then we may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the coupon.
11. You are required to pay any applicable taxes at the restaurant.
12. The discount coupon remains the property of The Big F Club and may not be tampered, interferred with, without our consent.
13. Please keep your coupon secure, as they are not replaceable if damaged, lost or stolen.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of claims and to disqualify any claimant who tampers with the claim process or who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. All claims will be subject to the Promoter’s validation and verification checks. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. All communications with You will be, on Your email ID and/or mobile number registered with us and/or community board.
16. Under no circumstances shall The Big F Club liability exceed giving the User a refund/replacement of the coupon of the same nature and same value.
17. Coupons not used within the validity time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend the voucher beyond the stated validity period.
18. All coupons must be purchased in advance.
19. Reservations are subject to availability, at our discretion. Please call the restaurant to make your reservation. Purchase of a coupon is not a guarantee of a reservation.
20. The coupons are not valid to be used with other promotions nor can it be combined with other discounts unless otherwise stated
21. The Big F Club reserves the right at any time to blacklist customers from using future coupons when they are deemed to have misused the coupons or have violated the promotion terms and conditions.
22. Misuse of coupons is defined as any event in which The Big F Club believes the use of coupon codes was fraudulent or done for commercial gain.
23. The posting of Big F Club coupon codes at third party sites that is not meant for the intended recipient is prohibited and considered as violation of The Big F Club terms and conditions.
24. The Big F Club will not be liable to offer a replacement for discounts or coupon codes that are discontinued, cancelled, or used improperly whether due to fraud or technical issues.
25. The Big F Club reserves the right to modify terms & conditions or abort any promotions at any time without prior notice.
26. If you use any of these coupons, then you’re deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
27. The user should ensure that the Server/Manager of the restaurant is aware that they will be using the Big F Club coupons.

    The Big F Club coupon must be presented and redeemed prior to requesting the bill.

    Coupons apply only to the items and terms specified on the offer. Please read the Offer Details for your chosen restaurant in the app before dining there.

    Offers can be used, at any time during regular opening hours, unless specified.

31. Once a redemption is authorized by the merchant there is no way to cancel it in the system and the redeemed coupons will be deducted from the user’s Big F Club account.
32. Coupons are not transferable and are void if purchased, sold or bartered for cash.

    All offers are exclusive and not valid in conjunction with any other discount offers, promotions, special menu items, and dining or loyalty programs.

34. Please note, that the Big F Club cannot be held responsible if an outlet is temporarily or permanently closed during the offer validity period.

    The discounts and offers can be modified by The Big F Club management at any time without prior notice.

36. The Big F Management Team will not be responsible for any restaurant/merchant/establishment closure, breach of contract, or refusal to accept the coupons/offers, however, we will use our best efforts to secure compliance.

    The Big F Management will not be responsible in the event of Acts of God, natural calamities, fire casualties, illness, injury or other events beyond its control.

38. Offers are not valid on bottle pricing or special offer pricing by the merchant. You can either avail the merchant offer or The Big F Club coupon

    Discounts do not apply to Service Charges and/or Government Taxes

40. Offers are valid solely for the item listed and are not valid for special events, theme nights, buffets or brunches – unless specified by the merchant.

EXCLUSIONS

The Big F Club coupons cannot be used on the following days:

• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
• New Year’s Eve
• New Year’s Day
• Valentine’s Day

 

PROMOTION CODES

From time to time users may receive Promotion Codes (Promo Codes) to be used in the Big F Club. These Promo Codes could provide a user extra coupons, discounted Offer Packs or free credit towards future purchases amongst other things.

Only one Referral Code and/or Promo Code can be used at one time.
