With the auspicious nine days of fasting returning from the 11 of April, Ignis presents a special Navratri menu for this period. Spreading the zest of the festival with authentic and delicious Navratri dishes, Ignis has created a sumptuous spread that offers filling meals, in between snacks and delicious desserts.
The Navratri special menu comprises of sumptuous dishes like Navratri Special Thali (Kuttu Poori served with Shakarkandi ke Koftey in Tomato Gravy, Paneer Bhurji, Aloo Saboodana ki Tikki, Anar ka Raita, Salad, Saboodana Papad, Makhane ki Kheer). There are also delicious snacks on the menu for those in between moments as well as complete meals
in themselves. Opt for the Saboodana ki Tikki (Crisp Potates and Sabudana cakes served with homemade tamarind and mint chutneys), the refreshing Chaach, or try the Swang ke Chawal ka Cheela with Allu ki Tehri, Allu Kuttu ki Pakodi and special Navratri Papad Platter (assorted papad basket with Tapioca and Potatoes). For those with a sweet tooth, try the Parsi Malai Kulfi and Makhane ki Kheer
