Half teaspoon crystal salt
2 ts coriander powder
1.5 ts sambhar powder
1/4 ts turmeric powder
2tbs coconut oil
1/2 ts pepper powder
All to be mixed well and marinated chicken for 1 hour.
Garlic 3 cloves
Ginger 1 inch
3 pieces of cinnamon
Cumin seeds 1/4 ts
Add little water, grind in mixie and keep aside as a paste.
1.5 coconuts to be grated and ground in mixie to get 1/2 litres of coco milk.
Now, the marinated chicken, the ground paste is stirred on a pan for 5 minutes.
The extracted coconut milk ia added and allowed to cook for 30 minutes periodical stirring
Add salt if necessary.
Add 20 curry leaves and stir.
4 onions are cut, little pepper is added and fried in oil. This is sprinkled onto the chicken.
Chicken coco milk is ready!
