Grilled Pork Chops

Grilled Pork Chops
Grilled pork chops with peppers and buttermilk mashed potatoes
8 pork chops
3 tablespoon of fish sauce
3 tablespoon of light soya sauce
Inch or two of ginger grated finely
7-8 cloves of garlic grated finely
A teaspoon of sugar
A teaspoon of coarsely ground pepper
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and then add the pork chops. Marinate atleast 4 hours, preferably overnight. Grill or lay them in a hot oven (200 degrees) to the level of doneness you like.
Sides: Sauteed Peppers:
2 yellow peppers
3 red peppers
1 onion
A tablespoon of oil
Salt and Pepper to tasteJulienne the peppers and onions. Stir fry in hot oil. Add some salt and pepper.

Sides: Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes
4 potatoes
Half a cup of buttermilk

Peel potatoes and cut into small cubes. Boil in salted water (like Pasta). When soft, drain and mash with buttermilk. Since all potatoes are different add half the buttermilk first and then keep adding to achieve level of creaminess desired.
