Fish Marinade with an easy dip

Here is a recipe of very easy to make fish by Anju Kamal

Ingredients:

Boneless fish – 250 gm (cut in finger shapes)

For Marination
Pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
Vinegar- 1 tablespoon
Gingergarlic paste – 2 teaspoon
Tomato Sauce – 1 tablespoon
Soya Sauce – 1 tablespoon
Chilli Sauce – 1 tablespoon
Salt
Egg white – 1
Breadcrumbs – 1/2 cup – 1 cup
Plain flour – 1-2 tablespoon
Oil – for deep frying

Marinate the cleaned fish with all ingredients for 4-5 hrs. Beat the egg white lightly. Mix breadcrumbs with plain flour. Dip each fish piece in egg white and roll in breadcrumbs mix. Deep fry in oil. Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce or tomato ketchup.
