Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients & Method:

Minced chicken 1/2 kg (use fresh boneless chicken from the thigh)

fry 2 thinly sliced onions and chop them add to the chicken mince,

salt to taste

add finely chopped ginger and garlic 1 teaspoon each u can add little more ginger if you like

green chillies chopped a few

green dhaniya patta finely chopped a hand full

zeera powder

red chilli powder

dhaniya powder

2 tablespoons of corn flour – mix everything properly.

Now whisk 2 eggs and pour some into the mince

fry a small ball to see it does not break, now add some bread crumbs so that the mixture becomes dry and u can make a cutlet out of it .

Give a egg wash to the cutlets with the left over whisked eggs and coat them the bread crumbs (add a packet of plain salted uncle chips to the bread crumbs)
Fry them in oil till crisp and cooked well.
serve with a little french fries and white sauce (I used Mc Cain brand fries here)

For the white sauce

mix equal amounts of egg less Mayo and cream add grated kheera and gajar to it mix well and keep in a freezer for 5 minutes .
